✅ EXCHANGE OR RETURN CONDITIONS
The team at Loja Dakell is constantly investing in policies so that our customers are always satisfied. You can request the exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days after receiving it. The following conditions must be observed:
The product must be returned in its original packaging;
The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, that is, in the way it was received;
The product must be returned with tags (or protectors) affixed, manuals and all accompanying accessories.
We do not exchange products with an inappropriate size for the customer: We provide the measurements in centimeters of our products so that there is no error in choosing the size.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not respected.
If the product has no defects and only the customer has withdrawn from the purchase, he will bear the shipping costs, which will be up to 30% of the purchase value, depending on the customer's delivery address.
