Processing time Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You receive a confirmation email at purchase and a tracking number by email once your order ships. Delivery estimates below are counted after dispatch, not from the order date.

All delivery times are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Customs clearance, local carriers, holidays, or remote addresses may add time. You may receive more than one package when items are prepared separately.
Customs & import taxes Most orders arrive without extra fees. Some countries may charge import taxes or customs duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.
