⚠️ BEWARE OF ORDER ADDRESSING

Loja Dakell is not responsible for the incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address of orders placed in the store. In case the delivery is not carried out due to a discrepancy in the address informed by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund, it will be necessary to pay a new shipping fee, in the amount of US$ 15 to resend the product.

📦 DELIVERY DEADLINE

Delivery time is estimated from 15 to 35 business days after the order is dispatched. However, adverse factors such as delays in customs clearance in the country of destination, strikes by the local Post Office, impossibility of delivery due to climatic factors or risk areas, national holidays, may add a few days to the delivery of the product. However, the maximum warranty period is 60 working days. Our products are imported from the United States, Europe and Asia. There are situations where an order may be delivered in two or more shipments as products may be shipped from different suppliers. In this case, you will receive a tracking code for each shipment.

Average delivery times:

10-15 days:
USA, Euro Zone, China, Japan, Australia, New Zealand.

15-20 days:
Mexico, Canada, Other European Countries.

25-35 days:
Other countries in Asia.

35-60 days
South America, Africa, Islands and countries with less than 1 million inhabitants.
