We want every Dakell piece to arrive as expected. If something is not right, our support team is here to help.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 30 days after your order has been delivered.
Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
How to start a return
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Need a reshipment?
If your order was delivered correctly but you need a new shipment (e.g. exchange or address issue), a flat fee of $8.00 applies. Click below to complete the payment, then reply to our support email with your confirmation.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
