Shipping Policy

Free worldwide shipping on every order, fully tracked.

Processing time Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates below are counted after dispatch, not from the order date.

Delivery time (after dispatch)

  • United States, United Kingdom, Western Europe, Canada, Australia: 7–15 business days
  • Other regions: 15–35 business days

Delivery windows are estimates. Customs clearance, local carriers, holidays, or remote addresses may add time. You may receive more than one package when an order includes items prepared separately — this is normal.

Tracking A tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can follow your order with that number at any time.

Customs & import duties Most orders arrive without extra fees. Some countries may apply import taxes or customs duties, which are the buyer's responsibility and not included in the order total.

Address accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to sender for this reason, a new shipping fee may apply to resend it.

Lost or undelivered orders Your order is protected. If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, or your order has not arrived within the maximum estimate plus 10 business days, contact us at contact@dakellstore.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
