Frequently asked questions

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 7–15 business days to the US, UK, Western Europe, Canada and Australia, and 15–35 business days to other regions. Shipping is free worldwide and fully tracked.

How do I track my order?

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Use it to follow delivery at any time. If you didn't get it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

Most orders arrive without extra fees. Some countries may charge import taxes or duties, which are the buyer's responsibility and not included in the order total.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if the item is unused and in original packaging. Email us first at contact@dakellstore.com with your order number for instructions.

When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Who pays return shipping?

Return shipping is free if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Otherwise it's the customer's responsibility. A flat US$ 8.00 reshipment fee applies if a new shipment is needed for a correctly delivered order.

My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?

If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the maximum estimate plus 10 business days, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I find my ring size?

See our Ring Size Guide. Measure the base of your finger in the evening, and size up if you're between sizes.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help before the order is dispatched (1–3 business days); after dispatch, changes may not be possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and the wallet options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by PCI-DSS compliant providers.

How do I contact support?
